im 16 turning 17 in a month and im wit a 20yr my parents think is 18 and what age will it be okay to go wit him legally in texas and im graduating this year will i be able to move out legally?

I think the age of consent in Texas is 17. But I can tell you we're making a big mistake if you move in with him at 17. Your parents can still press charges on him since you're 16. You better not rock the boat until after you graduate and turn 18.

what business does a 20 year old have to do with 16 year old jail bait???he could go to prison over you if he was 18.you are not inlove with him-putting him at risk like that.16 is when it is not statuatory rape for an 18 year old.why not get this clown to marry you and it will be legal?
