it's an all read billboard with a red backround & white writing & it says, I pooted.
what the heck does that mean?!?!?

Oh, I think that's one of those stupid Cartoon Network ads. There are similar ads on tv that have this crappy looking character who says "I pooted" and the background is also red.

Sounds to me it's a wake up and protest call. Possibly for smokers to take a stand for their rights and push back from the non-smoking lobby--who has had a run of victories lately. Or maybe the message is for us ALL to take a stand and protest together LOUDLY the ever rising American Big Oil price of gasoline.

it is an advertisment for the cable channel cartoon network. it is one of the the sayings of a character on one of the cartoons. i am not sure what cartoon, but heard about it on my local news.
