A few years back I stopped having my periods for about 6 months. I went to the doctor to get it checked out. She couldn't find anything wrong with me so we figured it was stress related.

But the important thing was to go to the doctor to make sure nothing was wrong.

Either you have an eating disorder, or you over excercise...both will stop your periods from coming. You should get that checked by a Doctor.

Yes, that is bad. You need to see a doctor. The lining in your uterus can become quite thick if not shed regularly, and can really cause problems.

do you partake in serious sports training? are you old enough to be menopausal, Are you stupid enough to take medical advice from people like me who has problems with the child proof lid on medicines. Maybe a doctor could help?
