Dear newinmyskin

I think that's really sad.

There's been quite a lot medical research about sexual performance in T people, most authors seem to report fairly adequate sexual responses.
On one website I've seen the M2F person said that she practised giving herself anal orgasms before the transition but that she had little success in doing so, but that after the transition she did after a while feel/learn her way into orgasm.

One important thing to remember is that the sort of orgasm you want to achieve is rather different from the one guys get by masturbating or women get by clitoral stimulation.
The orgasm you are going for entails the pelvic floor muscles and to achieve it these muscles need to be in fairly good shape.
I have a male body but I can have a pelvic floor muscle orgasm. This may sound weird but to do this I need my partner to stimulate me either with a hand or very large dildo in my butt.
It's extremely important to be in a really relaxed situation. If pot relaxes you might try it. Also try dimming the lights, putting on some gentle sexy music, wearing perfume, having a long bath before sex, everything. I also find poppers to be a good aid.
PFMO is not a thing you go out and get. It's something you get in return when you let somebody in and she/he stimulates you enough to bring you to the edge. You will feel the orgasm building, like a sort of unbearable tension, and you will be actively helping to get you there. You get to a certain level where you can hold it back or you can let it go. It will shake you to the depth of your being and you might even faint. I know I do sometimes. Another interesting aspect of such orgasms is that you can have several, one after the other. Not like the feeble things men have.
So my advice to you is to experiment and to find out what gets you going, and remember you don't achieve an orgasm, you learn how to make yourself receptive to them.

All the very best
