Wonderfully thought provoking question..
If i were immortal, i would definitely change with the times..Change is the only thing that is constant in life. However, i would change for the better.Nobody is perfect and i would love to rectify my follies over time and be a better person with the changing times.I would learn the great things that future would hold 4me.I would learn new things discovered in the future.I would have more knowledge than i have now but i will keep my values and ideals intact..Also, i would love to have more power(by way of intense knowledge and truth) so that i can make the world a better place to live in..without these radical thoughts that tempt ppl to be terrorists and wage world wars like in the 21st century..
I think that would be just wonderful since its something progressive..Growth is essential since a person stagnates due to the lack of it..I would definitely not be egoistical and change for the better with the changing times.

Change with the times. Remaining the same would lead you to conflict with society and overall not enjoying your immortality. I wouldn't want to be immortal if all I wanted to do was be the same for the rest of my life (unless I was a monk or recluse in the woods, which in my opinion would make it a little ironic to be immortal in the first place).

i would change with the times, just as i (most of us) do now.... it would make no sense to stay the same... you would be an outsider looking in.... if you were to change and grow with the times forever then you could personally experience all of it as it happens and become part of the evolution from one phase to another.....life is meant to be lived to the fullest and not just observed from the sidelines... that would be such a waste.....you posed a very interesting question and immortality would be an amazing gift, don't you think?

oh i think you would have to change with the times. there's no question. you can't go out in public now a days in clothes you wore back in the 14th century for sure.
