I am 14 and I'm five seven and I'm 120 lbs.
I've gone through puberity, and the biggest part of me is my chest. Is it possible that this is a good weight?
And if not, could it possibly be because of my breast size?

I would say you are still going through puberty so don't worry, changes will continue to happen until you're around 16-18. Weight is dependent on many things - your bone structure, muscle, fat etc. To me, you seem a bit underweight for your height but as long as you are eating healthily and doing some exercise you should be fine!

To be uncomplicated with you, there are 2 significant issues to construct potential: (a million) muscle confusion and (2) fatiguing your muscle groups. Muscle confusion refers to switching it up possibly even each time you artwork out. do certainly no longer enable your muscle groups get used to what you're doing. have you ever switched up your work out and only felt such as you have been so drained you may desire to no longer think of how you may desire to do yet another set? it is the way you want to sense each time you do it. Muscle fatigue is on the subject be counted of muscle confusion. at first, it is no longer suitable in case you do one hundred reps or a million rep. while you're actually not fatiguing your muscle groups, you will no longer see optimum outcomes. the final thank you to do it is to do each set till failure. do no longer decide for 8 reps, 10 reps, etc. circulate till you somewhat won't be able to elevate the bar to any extent further. you will see plenty advancements, believe me. ultimately, i won't be able to rigidity the importance of protein on your eating regimen. purchase your self some whey protein. It does not "build" your muscle groups like maximum human beings think of. What it does is it maintenance your muscle groups when you artwork out so as which you isn't as sore in any different case. subsequently, you would be waiting to circulate harder your next artwork out. Oh one extra speedy element. i discover that ingesting coffee before a piece out will pay extensive dividends. Caffeine delays fatigue on your muscle groups so which you will no longer "sense the burn" till after, allowing you to circulate extra beneficial complicated throughout your artwork outs. sturdy success!
