If I can, I listen to my favorite music really loud. If I can't I get to myself, even if it's only a few minutes, and vent to myself in my head. Usually I feel better afterwards and can let it go.

Until recently, I used to just find anything sweet to eat. Now that I'm trying to work that extra flab off, I do a Turbo Jam routine! I feel better when it's over, and refreshed after I take a shower.

I punch something or somebody or throw something at the wall listen to music take a couple of deep breathes and then I'm fine. I try to let it go because I hate stress.

I'm a girl and I cry. And then I tell people about it until their ears fall off. If it's a boy I'm telling, he tries to solve it. They cannot understand that I just want to vent!

i steal 10 babies, tie them together with a rope made of barbwire then i use them as a weapon by swinging them around in an open crowd
