Homer vs. Peter = Neither. They would both get distracted by donuts.
Marge vs. Lois = Lois. She's a badass and Marge is way too peaceful to intentionaly hurt someone.
Maggie vs. Stewie = Stewie I'm sorry to say. He's a smart little baby. Although, Maggie did almost kill Mr. Burns.
Lisa vs. Meg = Lisa. She's a smart kid and all she'd have to do is insult Meg's appearence and Meg would crumble.
Bart vs. Chris = Bart hands down. If Bart ever gets out of the 4th grade he'll end up in prison for killing someone. Maybe Chris.
Santa's Little Helper vs. Brian = Brian. He's a talking dog for christsake.

That's a tough match up....Peter and Homer are both dumb
Lois and Marge would beat the hell out of eachother, but I think Lois would win because of those karate classes she took.
Stewie would probably kill Maggie.
Meg would ugly Lisa to death.
Chris is pretty dumb and fat, Bart could probably kick his ***.
To sum it up...I'll go with the Griffin's

Homer wins, Lois wins, Stewie wins, Lisa and Meg woudn't fight they would try to talk it out, Bart wins, and Santa's Little Helper and Brian wouldn't fight each other.
