I have a loved one in the system who can't seem to get any answers on the current laws. We would like to know if it is possible to file from prison. And if so -How? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

Why don't you (if you are a loved one) get a divorce packet from the courthouse and he/she can file them out or atleast sign them and you can file them and if the other party doesn't respond then it is a default and its all over.

You're not allowed to divorce a prison.

He has to get someone, best to get a lawyer, to file the divorce. He may need to be habed to the hearing if it is to be contested.

First get a lawyer. It may even be simpler since the partner is in
prison. It may also be faster.
