First of all she should not douche. Douching only makes the situation worse. She probably has an infection and it needs to be treated with a prescription drug. She should call her doctor and have them call in a prescription for Flagyl (metronidazole - 500 mg) usually about 2 to 4 pills spread out at about 2 per day will make it go away. To prevent future infections, tell her to urinate after having sex and also don't bubble bath too often, don't use perfumed soaps. Make sure sex toys are cleaned thoroughly. Also, it is common to have this problem after swimming, not sure why but I get them sometimes during the summer because I swim a lot, so tell her to be careful with that.

Assuming this is a serious question, douching isn't such a great thing to do. Natural secretions will keep a woman clean way more effectively than any douche. Douches can CAUSE yeast infections which smell mighty foul indeed. Assuming she doesn't have any infection, normal hygiene should take care of any odor. Maybe she needs her doctor to check and make sure.
