Terrorists don't distinguish between civilian and military targets, so why should the U.S. or Israel be concerned with it?
My buddy put it this way: There are 3 types of people in Iraq (and lebannon/palestine)
1. Terrorists
2. Women who give birth to terrorists
3. Kids who grow up to be terrorists
Was he right? You thoughts.

your buddy sounds like he's 15 and has lived in the deep south all his life and couldn't find Iraq on a map if his life depended on it...
why do you people not care about 9-11? The terrorists that killed us were not from any of the countries you mentioned and had very few links to them?
do you only care about other terrorists?

He is NOT right. You have to understand the political system over there. Just as you can not judge Americans based on extremest groups ( ie far right and far left only make up 20% of the population)

Actually, there are people in Iraq and the other named countries, that are just trying to live life and survive. I see nothing wrong in that. Now, when it comes to the fanatics....I agree.
