They sell red eyeliner, most probably are using it not lip liner. Why they use it I don't know, I guess they like what it looks like. I myself don't like makeup at all.

Liquid liner looks more suitable dramatic, and lasts longer---yet stings like the dickens in case you get it on your eye. I favor a tender pencil. For eye products I favor Maybelline, yet Loreal has sturdy eye pencils. For lipstick? Nuetrogena, fingers down. It go away your lips feeling tender. and do not overlook to get rid of each speck of any makeup beforehand mattress to stay away from smash outs!
