My friend has a bully problem,but the bully problem is a 9th grade 6'1 girl who picks on my best friend John who is 5'5 in 11th grade.
I heard she is ready to pick on him , she said she can benchpress 250 and ready to beat him up.
What can he do to stop her?

Um...even a little guy should be stronger then any girl. Even if she is an amazon. In any case, girls can't take hits as well as guys can...so she will not last long in a fight. A good, solid hit to an area and she will fall.
If this guy is a total wimp, he could go cry to the school and teachers and consulars and such. They are there to help....
He could also try avoiding her and not hanging around her.
At the very least he can simply run as soon as he catches sight of her..

have a bigger girl tell her it is not nice to be a bully! besides there are school rules to protect one from bullies !
