i really want to get a six pack and big arms. wahts the best and fastest way to accomplish my goal. i have a weight training machine.. are crunches the best? does weight lifting stunt puberty? thx for ur help

i think you need alot of protein drinks and exercise weight lifting doesn't stunt your puberty , if you lift alot you can get what you want to accomplish done, but be sure to do protein drinks.. you don't mention your age , please reply thanks

Don't worry about those big muscles and 6-pack abs too much. But yes, a good exercise program and healthy meals and snacks will help a lot.

Unless something is very wrong, weight lifting shouldn't stunt you at all.

weight lifting does not stunt puberty or growth just workout starting today to build muscle and eat right and have lots of protein in your diet

Drinking lots of protein actually isnt gonna make you gain any weight, you should just work your abbs everyday, do a push up ruitine everyday, pull ups, and lift with weights
