Imagine yourself as an aggresive person. Growl and roar like a lion, then take that lesson with you.

I would not advise aggression. Perhaps ambitious or assertive would be a better term.

If you truly mean that you want to be more aggressive, just go up to some punk and kick him in the nuts and then slam his sorry, no good freakin gord into the pavement. Then urinate on him.

Aggressive as in.. wanting to talk more.. or aggressive in.. wanting to fight... okay.. Do not be afraid to say what you believe, how you feel, You can not worry about what other people think. I have just learned this at the ripe age 38. People have to understand that you have your own opinion.... goo luck with it.

Its not a mental issue its being a guy honestly. But just to let you know most creeps and serial killers have this mentality I am not saying he is i am just sayings its that same mentality (also take note that most serial killers are highly Intelligent). Their personalities are to be very sweet and charming and put a facade for the world but when your alone with them from the outside world they are different. Dont take it in a bad way it means he trusts you to act completely open like this and aggressive. But most men who like rough sex and usually passive at other times have a lot of sexual frustration built up over their lifetime which make them act like that, He is not a psycho or doesn't have any issues that are of major concern. He is just a sexually frustrated man who acts on that by engaging in aggressive sex which is something he is into because of his sexual frustration. (He is just into rough sex also watching a lot of porn in his lifetime could also create this effect) Now here is where the problem is if he is beating you or doing things after you say NO many times then yeah its not good and he is being controlling and wont listen to you then that's a different issue but if its just during sex I mean don't freak out its just his thing ( dominating aggressive sex) ALSO MOST INTELLECTS HAVE A TENDENCY TO ACT LIKE THIS TOO BY BEING PASSIVE IN SOCIETY AND AGGRESSIVE NATURE SEXUALLY (HE JUST WANTS MIND SEX WITH REGULAR SEX) ADVICE: JUST TAKE IT EASY AND DONT THINK TO MUCH ABOUT IT OBVIOUSLY YOU WROTE THE QUESTION ON HERE SO IT IS BOTHERING YOU AND YOU DONT LIKE IT OR ELSE YOU WOULDN'T ASK IF YOU DONT LIKE IT TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT (trying to talk to someone about this wont usually work when its something dealing with sex its like the one thing they want control off and that's why they are very lenient and compromise easily on other issues but to HIM maybe sex is the thing that he wants all the say in) If there are no issues then dont worry about it but from a psychological stand point oh BOY there is so much stuff to explain FREUD'S whole theory of human nature was based on 2 things SEX & AGGRESSION Good Luck

Practice being rudely bossy and don't give in.

Now if you really meant, "How do I become a more ASSERTIVE person," then that's a different story. In that case, you would just have to practice bugging people in a nice way until they give in.

You don't need to be agressive. Just be assertive by exploring on which grounds do you consider yourself a valuable person.
