If it's by where I live then I think "oh please don't be mine" but if I'm in town or something then I just wonder where its going.

If I see the firetruck (flashing lights, blaring sirens) I pull over to the side of the road until it passes. If hear a siren but don't see anything in front of me, I check my mirrors in order to gauge my next move (if necessary).

Naw, I don't panic. I just hope nobody gets hurt.

I never think it's mine...granted, I'm narcissistic enough to think just about everything is about me...but just the good stuff you understand. A house burning down...it's gotta be someone else's cause that just couldn't happen to me! Or so goes the thought in my head when I see a firetruck.

thats a good question because there are alot of houses in my area. If i were to be out and half an hour away i wouldent think so but if im with in the range of the nearest fire dept. to my house then i think a little harder.

I see where it is coming from to determine if I have to pull over.

Better question is "Why do some people feel the need to try and outrun an ambulance or fire truck?"

I sometimes think of my absent-minded mother (did she leave the stove on again?), but most times, since I live in a condo, I think "another bloody false alarm!".

No. The only thing I'm concerned about is pulling over to get out of their way.

It is somebody elses.

how did you change your avatar so it looks like you are smoking?
It's unique but you should stop smoking. It'll kill you.
