I have read many of the responses in the gay and lesbian area?and i think its sick what some of you straight people r posting. it is so sad that you guys can judge us but we never judge you for who u r. And i would like to know who do u think r are and why do u think you have the right to judge someone else in a moraly wrong way? by using slander and vulger responses.maybe the gay community should start lashing out at you in the sam way and show u how it feels

I have often wondered this myself. As one person posted on here, that it is a discussion area. She is absolutely correct, however why are straight people so quick to post there bashing comments in an area under "cultures and groups" that they are not a part of. That first guy has made a point to ask offensive questions as well as post offense remarks. For what? I'm sure he's not going to change any ones sexuality by it or cause a riot so what's the point?

So this is what I have come to,,, we are known to be a creative group of people. Maybe our interest and thoughts are so much better than the straight community they just simply can't help themselves. They secretly want to be one of us and in there "virtual reality" they maybe just a little closer to the glbt community..... so keep smiling,,, your a role model!

Why do one of those large volume of atheist answer questions interior the religion & Spirituality section? Who is easily-known with? it must be comprehend-it-allism, boredom, an attempt to commence some static, or some thing else... in certain situations once you've finished answering a question in Society & way of existence you'll see some extra in a diverse branch thereof ("you're on a roll, keep answering) and also you ought to experience that you've some thing to operate 2 the talk. that is unquestionably how I chanced in this question, cuz i'm rather immediately. Oh, i am hoping i did not offend by using doing precisely what the question changed into curiously frustrating.

Gay people are the same as anyone else, with the obvious exception that they are attracted to the same sex. Being an empathetic person, it's not difficult to put myself into that sort of mindset. If the question were asking about the personal feelings of homosexuals, I obviously wouldn't answer.

I'm sorry that you've had bad experiences with heterosexual people, but please believe me when I say we aren't all like that. There are a lot of stereotypes and generalizations about gays and lesbians, and if you are so opposed to them you should step up to prove them wrong. To teach them that you are no different and avoid closed-minded people is the best you can do. If people refuse to believe that gay people aren't , then let them. They've made their choice, and you can only hope that the number of people willing to except homosexuals is greater than the number of people who aren't.

Ok, i'm straight. But i think i can help a little. I'm not mean like some of the others are. I'm also a Christian, so that's why i think it's not the best thing to be gay or bi or lesbian. I think ya'll are normal people, but just like different things. Everybody don't have to like the same things. And about the straight answering the gay and lesbian question thing, it's a free country. We can. It's like ya'll can answer our questions if you wanted to. I sorta think the gay and lesbian thing is gross, but it's your life. Just remember, God loves you no matter who you are and who you like. He may not like your choices, but he hopes you will do the right thing and follow his word.

I'm not gay but I am bi curious. I have answered some questions here and I don't judge the gay community. I'm not afraid of being around anyone who is gay or lesbian. I see you the same way as i see everyone else for who they are not for who they are doing.

Some are just whores for 2 points. Others are voyeurs who come in to see what we are talking about. Still others are homophobes and heterosexists who realize that they are losing the fight for rights, and come in here to spew their hatred, in hopes that they can discourage some young person or two from fighting for what is right!

When a straight person asks a serious question, as opposed to sermonizing, then I think it's our obligation to educate them. Education, after all, is our strongest ally.

Best Wishes!
