Thanks for thinking of me Scott!

There are a number of trademark brokerage firms. I recommend consulting with a trademark attorney or two prior to hiring one. They'll know the logistics & details of the entire process as well as having recommendations of firms.

A few things to keep in mind:

1) Do you want to sell or license the trademark?

2) Do you want any sort of role? Or do you want to just sell it outright?

3) How much is this trademark worth? I'd recommend checking with a trademark valuation expert and/or read the following:

* The Handbook of Business Valuation and Intellectual Property Analysis by Robert F. Reilly, Robert Schweihs
* Valuation and Pricing of Technology-Based Intellectual Property by Richard Razgaitis

Hope that helps!

I assume so, there's a lady who answers here on Yahoo a lot who specializes in this stuff.

Of course you could go to the domain brokers too, make it a package deal. Or post in on eBay, or contact targeted prospects directly. Have you had inquiries from anyone?

Here you go, I found their contact info:

Compared to offline businesses, the investment required to start an online business is minimal. A popular way of earning money on the internet is by providing information and services. This can be monetised by advertising or charging a subscription. You can also make money online by selling products on auction websites like eBay or through your own website.
