Eat a lot, then slug off and not do anything. Or do something that doesn't require much energy, like watching TV or playing on the computer or surfing the net. Eat fatty foods and lots of junk. Be lazy... In this case, it'll do a world of good.

Just eat more or....buy some protein shakes or some ensure and drink a few of them a day. If you are really underweight your body needs more calories, just make sure you eat good foods, and don't pig out on junk.
