Mousesavers just lists the promotions that you can use. Then, you can use that information and contact a travel agent to assist you with the booking or book directly with Disney. I suggest using an agent, just because the rates are the same, but you get extra benefits. But each person will feel differently about this.

If you subscribe to the MouseSavers newsletter they will send you links for cheaper ticket pricing...
The newsletter is sent out like once or twice a month...
They do include info on deals for the Disney Store website..you should be able to click on the hyperlinked text.

Mousesavers doesn't sell anything, just gives you tips and ideas on how to save at Disney, but if you'll just click on the links they offer, many will take you to the outside (of mousesavers) sites that do sell the products/services.
