Watch your Calorie intake and know how much you burn a day measuring from your age and keep it above a daily 2000 calorie intake you should be taking more than the average normal diet. Eating alot can make you tired to chew so thats what weight gainer drinks are for. Also know how much time you spend lifting weights cause if you spent more than an hour for Bulking and any other exercises then your wasting too much calories to gain any weight. So watch the calorie intake and you should be putting on fast. Get more than 8 hours of sleep a day. Play it lazy But work it out Hardcore to Mass up quickly

To gain weight you must balance exercise & diet to perfection, also try to get no less than 8 hours sleep per night. Eat 8 times a day( Best to use food supplements apart from breakfast ,lunch, dinner.) also train 4 at least 4 hours a day. Any thing less will be pointless, ask your local body building shop to provide you with tips. Also buy one of Arnold Swarzeneggars books, they are very good and easy to follow.

P.s Dont use steroids = you will not become as strong and its cheating.
