It is according to what there is to be done, windows are always extra. Is it a one time deal? You must charge more for the initial clean up unless you are doing the upkeep as well.
Call a professional service in your area that cleans apts then take off about 30%. You have no over head. Take of another 10% if the person furnishes ALL of the cleaning supplies.

depending on the condition, and how long it takes you to finish the job...my mom does an office and it's a pretty small office, about the size of a 7 room house...and she gets $200, but it only takes her about an hour to do it...and she does it 2x a week.
