I am already working as a personal trainer at this gym called Curves. I just got a phone call from this tutoring place called "Casa", which is an after school day care program for immigrant children. I used to do voulenteer service hours there, and I loved it. Now they are asking me to go work there. Another this is I want to be teacher when I grow up, so this can be good.
Advatages of Curves: I get to do my homework while I am getting paid b/c sometimes people never come. I like the people. My boss is awesome. Disadvantages: I get paid 6.50 an hr. I have to pay for parking which is $6 a day, and I work for 6 or more hrs. and sometimes on saturdays.
Advantages of Casa: I get paid $8 an hr. free parking, I dont work on weekends. I only work for about 4 hrs a day. It's right next to my school so i can go there straight from school.I love children, and my boss would also be awesome. Disadvantages of Casa: I don't get to do my h/w while getting paid so I have to take my own time.

when you get out of school, you aren't going to get paid for doing personal things. at the casa job, you are getting experiecne that can help you get a job when you do graduate.

I would go with Casa. You'll have a higher pay so that will help make up the difference in you paying for your parking fee despite less hours. it will give you a great opportunity and experience for future jobs. It's close to home, making it easier for you to be punctual to work. Don't worry about the homework thing. I understand that it's convenient to do hw at your job but it's not meant to be done at work. You will just have to set aside some time each night to do your homework.
