I don't know if I could actually say it's *love* at first sight- unless it's with your newborn child. As people mature and understand what love really is, there is a lot more to it than just that first look. That is the attraction factor of love, but the true feeling of love is developed over time when you get to know the person- both good and bad points.

Yes, it possible, did you know that there is such a thing a chemical reaction to another. to break it down lightly it's basically when two people have a just the right chemicle in there brains (aka ferramones) they are instantly attracked.
And that's love at first sight, being around the other person.
Did that help? I hope it did!
Love Sarah

Love at first sight is possible but I don't believe in it...you never know who or what type of person you are going to be involved with.

I fell in love with my hubby the first time I seen him, and one year later we were dating, 3 years after that we were married.
So yes I believe in love at first sight.

No... lust- yeah, real love- never.
Love takes time to grow- yes, I'm an old fogie (30 yrs old, married 6 yrs), but a real love that is lasting isn't what happens that first time you lay eyes on a guy. That lasting stuff takes time, effort, talking, understanding, commitment, compromise, respect, appreciation... Lots of effort!!
I'll admit- I liked my husband the first time I met him, but it wasn't love. That took some time.

Lust and fantasy, usually are mistaken for love. Love itself is built on friendship, respect, a joining of hearts, minds and souls in harmony. (With the occasional discordant note thrown in). So love, true love is something built upon every day you share with your partner.
Love shared means a lifetime together. (Mostly in happiness) Lust and fantasy means breakups/divorce happens when the lustre wears off..

No, love grows slowly and silently, behind the scenes. It's not a sudden attraction. if you feel like that, then it's probably lust not love.
