beause when I be going to sleep mystomach be huting at the bottom.also when I wake up in the morning I go eat breakfast and the food doesn't really taist the same to me.also my back hurts a lot when I stand up.

Could be anything from a urinary tract infection or kidney infection to a virus. Go see a dr. and they can find out for you.
