I'm sorry, I'm not from Cleveland so I can't give any specific places. But I would like to make some suggestions. First of all, get rid of things that aren't necessary in your house, sell them on e-bay or someplace where you can get some cash out of it. I'm sure if you look around, you'll find plenty. Second, if you're looking for a new job, then look for companies that promote from within so you can move up the carreer ladder. Usually, these companies have low turnover rates so they can afford to pay people more, and your income keeps going up.
Out of every paycheck, take out the amount you need for food and gas and other physiological needs, and a little bit of cushion cash, and don't use anymore money than what you put aside. Use the rest to pay off your debt. When you go shopping, have a shopping list and don't buy anything else than what's on the list. Studies have shown that people wind up spending a lot more than they need to because they don't have a shopping list. I know that these are small things but they help you save money which you can use to pay off your debt. Also, try to consolidate your loans. You'll have to pay a lot less in interests.
Also, you can ask the judge to lower the payments or remove it completely because of undue hardship it's causing you and your family. (Trust me it's a defense and is used all the time.) You have to draw up an account of how much income is coming in and going out and show the judge how its causing undue hardships.
Sorry, wish I could be of more help.

Your trying to minimize a FELONY conviction! you can't! I am sure it was just a bad choice but sadly this choice will now follow him throughout life. Your husband is clearly an intelligent man therefore he should be able to advance in any job. Companies frown on felons working for them and that's for good reason! that may not apply to him but its still good hiring practice to avoid felons. Any Friends or family who are in hiring positions may help. You cant erase his conviction so you have to do what you can. His Management background should help. Best you can hope for his that whatever job he has he can move up fast. If you have children use this as a lesson on making good choices!

One of my friends brothers has a felony, and he went to court (I think I'm remembering this correctly) and asked to have the felony removed from his record because he couldn't get a job because of this. You could look into that, although I don't know if that information is correct. What I do know is that judge wouldn't drop it from his record, and he advised the felon to go get his CDL to drive a semi truck. The man did do this, and while that may not be a desireable job for a family man, he makes $50,000 a year.

And, carry all 3 youthful toddlers with you!!!! each and each and every time. My sister works for the state welfare employer right here. you'd be a great deal surprised how briskly human beings get help even as there is youthful toddlers operating everywhere! exceptionally in the journey that they are smiling all wonderful and each and everything. you're not from now on utilising the toddlers, yet you're urgent living house the undeniable reality that they pick you, and also you pick your husband to be making a good salary. Ok, the first thing to consider is, are you all buying your home or renting??? Secondly, get a lawyer, a decent one..Thirdly, file Bankrupcy. It will only be on your credit for 7-10 years depending on how you go about this. Then start fresh after you file for bankrupcy. Go to a carlot that does second chance or something like that. BUT dont do anything to get in over your head.
Good luck!!!! and god bless.
