I think you should eat healthy but in a way that makes you happy like eating foods you like but not too extreams. I dont drink anymore due to health reasons from a accident and my meds dont mix with them but i believe the same with drinking as long as you are not abusing it go for it. I believe you must live life to it's fullest so you can experience as many things as possible and be a well rounded individual. Note individual first and foremost be yourself that is tyhe true path too happyness.

No, because to me, that implies hedonism, and that is not the way I choose to live. I also prefer not to dwell on death and do not ever plan on dying. I know it's gonna happen, but I'll be darned if I'll do anymore than make my general wishes known. I guess my religion colors my outlook a lot.

I like that; it's in the bible in Ecclesiastes even, though not exactly worded like that. For me, it pretty much means to live each day like your last, don't dwell on the negative, because tomorrow is never a guarantee.
