My tv went out like I said, and all I get is a blue box saying "There is a problem with the network" (4872) "Second video not available" What could be the problem?

That means your cable network is down.

I doubt there is a problem with your TV, it sounds like your receiver...it could be that the cable is unplugged, bad, or even a problem with the network. Call your service provider and say WTF.
