I want a good one but im intermediate in the sport. Is lamar good?

There are so many good ones but Lamar is not one of them.
Pretty much anything from Burton, Gnu, K2, Rossignol, Lib Tech, Endeavor, Santa Cruz and dozens of other brands are great. Head to a good board shop and ask the guys there. Stay away from the big box stores (like Big 5, Sportsmart and Copelands) where you will find brands like Lamar. For good discount boards take a look at Sims and Nitro. Burton are too expensive for what they are, you're paying more for the brand than the board. Ride, nitro and Jeenyus are make awesome boards, i'd roll with one of them.
