is it possible to change the outside water hot?

I want the garden hose to produce hot water instead of cold water is it possible

Of course it can be done. You just need a plumber to install a changeover valve, so you can choose whether you get hot or cold outside.
But watch out, some garden hoses may not be able to handle hot water over a longer period of time, especially those with no reinforcement mesh in the plastic....

Yes it is possible, I have it at my place.
I put a tee in the hot water line then a shutoff valve, then a pipe over to the line going outside and teed it into that line.
Also, I put a shutoff valve in the cold water line before the tee so I can shut off the cold water and have all hot, or I can allow some cold water to flow to cool down the hot water as needed.

I really doubt it, because the pipes usually have no link to a heater or anything. The only feasible way I can think of doing so is if one of your faucets has a tip compatible with a hose. Best of luck though,

YOU COULD POSSIBLY ATTACH YOUR HOSE DIRECTLY TO THE HOT WATER HEATER. IT HAS A HOSE FITTING. IM CURIOUS AS TO WHAT YOU WANT HOT WATER TO THE OUTSIDE FOR, HOT TUB?

we did this last year for the pool. we went to home depot and bought a 20 gallon 120v electric water heater. when you buy it you have to then go to the plumbing dept. and get the correct fit ting's for said water heater. the plumbing guys can help you out. total cost for us was around 130$ and change.
