What should I do. He pretends to know everything but he doesn't even have a highschool education.

First of I know he doesn't have a degree and second he never cared about me or my brother.

You may need to accept your dad for who he is! It is very difficult to change someone to think and act differently. So, i say grin and bear it!

All dads think they know everything. They are the king of the house, but out in the world they feel intimidated by smarter people. Give him a break.

Why doesn't have one? Do you know that for sure? I once knew a lady who supposedly had such an education ( I had one) who seemed, to be a dodo. So maybe you're being too quick, to judge .

But he is, after all, your loving dad. Why not try to teach him some things without pressing it too hard?
