the tests measure the amount of HCG in your urine, so there are a number of possibilities.
1) you are not pregnant
2) you are pregnant, but the hormone hasn't built up enough for the test to detect. Either wait until you're period is late, and/or try testing first thing in the morning when the concentrarion has built up in your urine overnight.
3) The test is crappy, however most store brands are just as good as name brand ones, and are a lot cheaper (they worked for me). Ask your pharmacist to recommend one though.
It is possible that your symptoms are simply psychosomatic, meaning that you want to be pregnant so bad that you think you're experiencing symptoms. You could have a stomach bug, or mild food poisoning...best thing to do is to go to your doctor and have a blood test done. It can detect even small traces of HCG, and your doctor can get you started on the best prenatal care ASAP. Good Luck!

You can always have a false negative. You sound like you are trying to conceive. I would wait a couple more days if no period I would retest. Maybe try another brand of test. If still negative go have a blood test done. Treat your self as you were pregnant as of now and start eating right and take vitamins. The first trimester is very important an until you can see your doctor I would make sure you take the best care of yourself
Good luck

It doesn't matter what pregnancy test or where you get it. They all work the same. When I first found out I was pregnant... I had the symptoms of fatigue. A woman is actually pregnant for 10 months but you really never count the first month. That's where your baby is starting to developer and making you HcG Hormone Levels go up. I was pregnant but when I took the test it barely showed (it was very faint). So I went to a pregnancy center where they gave me one for free and determined that I was and told me how far along I was. Hope this helps!!!

The dollar store tests are just as effective as the pricey ones (www.peeonastick.com). Women don't get symptoms until after the pregnancy hormone HcG has had time to build up in their system and that is what the tests look for so negative test mean you probably aren't pregnant. If your symptoms persist and still no period you can always retest.

the only time you will possibly get a incorrect result could be a faux beneficial. Your physique produces hormones to hold the toddler and the hormones are very detectable via the 5th day after ignored era. If somebody had a sort of maximum cancers, then that ought to produce the hormone that ought to grant a faux beneficial. If it says adverse, then you definitely are no longer producing the hormone mandatory to hold a being pregnant and for this reason there is not any way you're pregnant. Are you eating nicely? Are you under pressure? you may continuously see your physician whe some thing like this arises as in straightforward terms they are able to looking out what is going on.

maybe you haven't let enough time go by before taking a test. It takes a while for the hormone to show up on a home pregnancy test. If you really want to know, schedule a doctors appointment and they'll be able to tell you. Or maybe you're just sick and having really bad PMS symptoms! Anyway, good luck!

I'm not sure if the quality is the same or not. Instead of wasting the money trying to find out, why not just spend the money and go to the dr. and find out for sure......EPT and some other brands also make tests that come with two so that if you want to try again in a few days you aren't running back out and spending more money.

Ummmm I really wouldn't trust a test from the dollar tree, But if your having symptoms like that then it should be really easy to detect if your pregnant. Go get a EPT test or a first response
