What should I do about this dilemma of secrets told?

Ok my husband and i sepereated for 1 year about 2 years ago and now we are fine and all is well we just hit a bump in the road. Now while i was seperated i went on a date with a fireman we saw eachother a few times and when it came to intamacy i just kissed him. He wanted more i couldn't because i still loved my man. Now my husband's business partners girlfriend is my friend now and i told her about this. I have found out recently that she has told her boyfriend alot of things about my husband and i. Should i trust she won't tell him about the firemand and should i just come clean and tell my husband of the relationship?

What a big deal anyway? Straight up! You didn't sleep with fireman, and you don't have to explain anyone what you doin. that's your life, and nobody should tell you what to do.

If you were separated for a year, I wonder why it never came up when you got back together...plus, why would you even tell anyone at this point about it...especially if you didnt want it getting back to your husband?! A marriage will never work when you keep secrets that could be found out about.......

You were seperated at the time, are you saying your husband didn't see anyone else for a year? I'd just tell him to avoid any possible complications.

Two can keep a secret when one of them is dead. You didn't have a relationship with the fireman, you had a kiss, and a date..... But shut the hell up anyway

I think you would be better off telling him yourself. This is not an easy place to be but really is was just a kiss and the two of you were not together.

she won't tell him, but her boyfriend/his business partner will. come clean, nothing happened anyway.
