Well, I use peanut butter to get it out of hair... You can try WD-40 or cooking oil and a soft cloth. Oils break down the stick-um in sticky stuff.

turpentine is made from pine sap-so no go that way, use Naphtha(otherwise known as lighter fluid for Zippo type lighters) it will work if you don't put alot at a time and work it with stiff toothbrush. be careful or you will also remove your paint.

use dish washing detergent,dawn,joy, etc.it breaks down the sap.

I use rubbing alcohol,then wipe it down with soap and water.
