Wash them in bleach with no other clothes in it. Also, if they stain doesn't come out, don't put it in the dryer to dry because that will set the stain even more and make it harder to get out. If it doesn't wash out then rewash again with bleach until the stain is gone and then when the stain is gone it will be okay to put it in the dryer.

If the dye remover doesn't work try this. Buy Iron Out (found near your cleaning supplies). Soak the cloths in the Iron Out, this should at least lighten the stain, if it doesn't romove it entirely. If that doesn't work, buy OXY Clean, or Sun's Brand (at Wal-Mart, it is much cheaper than Oxy brand and works the same), Mix one level scoop with about a half cup of water. Using a spoon ladel over areas with stains, use repeatedly. This usually works for me.

Wash them alone or with a white towel like you would normally launder them, on the hottest setting that the pants can take. Then, wash 'em again in cold water with a 1/4 cup of bleach. That should do the trick. If your laundry detergent is liquid, use a powder. IT could stain them more.

Chlorine bleach works well but make to check the laundry instruction tags to see if it's safe to use bleach on them. Bleach also comes in a gel form for spot de-staining. Not too expensive. If you don't want to deal with the mess, send them out to be professionally cleaned. Worth it if the clothes were really expensive.

Try using the stuff that removes rust stains from clothes, it will take out most anything, but test first, it's pretty strong stuff.
There's also something with the fabric dyes that's called color remover which should work.

RIT dye makes some stuff...I think it is called Color Out....you can find it in the same place as the dye. I have never used it but a friend of mine says it worked really great when her hubby washed a new black shirt with a white pair of pants she had....oops! She said her pants were as good as new!

Try the Clorox bleach pen. It only costs about $2 and it works really well.

Go to a shop where they have clothes dyes...
Ask them for the decoloration product...that should remove your stain with no problem.
(The product is used before dyeing clothes, so the new colour goes on better, without streaks).

Go to the store(Wal-Mart has it) and get Ritt Dye Colour Remover and try that. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid they are ruined.
