In that situation, America "should" destroy Mexico, and every last Mexican in it. But what America "would" do is sit back, turn on the TV to watch the game, poke the neighbor's wife and drink themselves into a stupor. In other words, America wouldn't do anything differently than it's doing right now.

use satilites to track the position they were launched from and return fire .IF it is from a mobile platform then track the people responcible and eliminate them one by one .WE have third and forth generation mexicans that can speak the language and fit into the communities .send in some spy's locate the weapons and cease them killing those in charge .track them back to the american supplier and arrest and jail the offending ceo or proper executives that allowed the sale's in the first place.
