Dell is probably the best cheap notebook seller. It has the best graphics, display, and price. The only thing to watch out for in a Dell is making sure your drive can burn, rewrite, and read all the formats. If your that urgent on getting a computer, get a Dell, but if you can wait, wait for Intel Core 2 Duo and Blu-ray and HD-DVD.
