I guess it's that you have to have confidence in yourself as well as faith that you can do something. Sometimes confidence and or faith can alleviate your fear for something. Like following a dream, it takes confidence and faith in yourself.

I like this say I heard. People are like trees. You got the leaves which take from the tree then fall to the ground. You got branches who are there to extend a hand but be careful with them cause if you put your weight on them they'll break. And you got the roots, you may not see them all the time, but they are always there to help you grow and mature.

Life has taught me that you cannot truly live and love until you love yourself.
