im a nice person and i respect everyone and all i get is crap and they talk about me .what should i do. why do people talk about the nicest people and i do have alot of friends.

Most people who have time to talk about someone else (minus real juicy gossip) really don't like their lives much. Because you might dress nice or have it together or get your work done on a regular basis or the VP likes you, this makes you a target. The world produces really strange people sometimes and there's no way around it.
I'd say if it really gets bad, let your supervisor know or HR that these people either need to let you know what their problem is with you or leave you alone. Good luck!

The best way to stop gossip is to not tell anyone else, and tell your friends to do the same. Don't start rumors, and if someone tells you a juicy bit of information, don't pass it on at all. Just tell the person that told you this that you don't continue the gossip chain. If you and your friends do this then you won't hear the gossip anymore, and probably will stop gossiping as well. Hopefully you can stop gossip not only about you but about everyone. Good luck, and just know that I respect you for trying to stop this!

Well if you have a lot of friends and the ones that talk about you and give you crap obviously can't be termed as your friends then pay them no mind for really not worth the trouble and be happy with the real friends that you have. Some,e people are just like that-like to stir up trouble,get off on it and gossip and them I have no respect for and neither ado I tolerate them in life for who needs that kind of stuff. Waste no more time on them.

just ignore those people, thats what i do. its hard at times when you have to work with them.i just talk to my friends and try to avoid the gossipers.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can't make everybody happy, and some people aren't gonna like you no matter what you do. Don't waste your time worrying about those people.
