When I was a kid, the one I never got tired of was when Droopy Dog was a Mountie chasing an escaped prisoner. Everywhere the prisoner turned, Droopy was there ... "Hello, Joe."
Old Chuck Jones Road Runner cartoons were the best ... also just about anything by Tex Avery (Red Hot Riding Hood! whoo baby!)
In more recent cartoons, "The Tick" is inspired weirdness.

Looney Tunes!!!, man. They were and will always be the greatest. Mainly because of the good ol' fashsion violence that isn't seen in cartoon these days. Not to mention the crude and sarcastic sense of humor they all had. The only recent cartoons I liked were Eek! the cat and Mad Jack the pirate. There were others, but these two had to be my favorite. If you find either of them check'em out.

Mr. Jaws. It was a side cartoon on with The Pink Panther.
Made during the Jaws movie craze this shark spoke with a German accent and would sneak up and yell "HEEGOTCHA!"
Way better than that lame Jabberjaw. Don't know of any video available.
