These are people that don't look like they've ever passed another car. Two lanes will be totally empty...yet this guy will cruise along in the fast lane. Why does this happen, and how do we put an end to it?

..i think actually some people dont know the "rules of the road", are from a quiter place with no traffic, or, they freeze up and are afraid to move because they cant figure out what your going to do....then sometimes after they do figure out that they are in your way then they dont want to look stupid so they change their tude to you cant make me move...some are just ******* tho im positive of that.

People just do the strangest things for no reason at all. I'll sure for those who did have a reason, it probably would not make any sense.
