Of all the King books, I've read, I couldn't get into "From a Buick 8" Otherwise I think King is an excellent storyteller.

The girl who loved Tom Gordon. It came out in early 2000. It is about this girl who gets lost from her family in the woods and her only solace is a radio. So as she slowly losses her mind in the woods of New Hampshire, she listens to the night time broadcasts of the Sox games. She goes so far as to picture herself talking with Tom Gordon. Very long and slow. There is no real point to the book.

I would have to say The Eyes of the Draglon. It wasn't that interesting and basically, you had a guy locked in the tower a good time and that was about it. I could feel myself going to sleep when I read it and I was way glad I finished it at the time I did.

Gerald's Game. It is the only book I've ever read that made my stomach toss with each page I read. I managed to read the whole book somehow but it still haunts me. It was very intense and very disgusting.
