I'm not sure about rates, so I'm wondering what should I know about when buying a phone card. The Do's and Do Not's. That sort of thing.

Check out this site for phone cards. They tell you the rates, and offer some good calling cards for international.

Well, phone cards can be tricky. First off, make sure that there is "no connection fee" and read ALL the small print to make sure that there are no additional charges. Spend time comparing all of the rates for making a call to Korea as well. I live in Canada so I don't know if you have the same cards in th USA but the one I've noticed to be the best is CiCi. Good luck!

I would suggest www.nobelcom.com. I use that to call to China. I pay $20.00 and get about 30 hours of talk time if I call a non-cell phone.
