A famous historical person in his/her time: Princess Diana on her wedding day (and when Camilla rang later that night I'd answer the phone and tell that bloody Rottweiler to get her OWN man).
A famous historical person transported to modern times for a day: I'd want to be Albert Einstein and I would give an appearance on Daily Planet, solving the Generalized Theory of Gravitation.

Jesus. Although I am not a religious person I definitely believe that Jesus existed to warn mankind of the trappings and the negative aspects of organized religions. I believe he taught his ragtag group of desciples to love life, to treat everyone with kindness, to be forgiving, to be respectful and accepting of everyones differences. I don't think he was trying to start up christianity or any sort of religious group. I believe he was disgusted by religions that took money from their followers and brainwashed the mostly illterate people by using fear and guilt into their organizations belief systems. If I could go back in time and be Jesus for a day I would find a way to inscribe the message as often as I could and place as many copies of the message in as many places as possible so it could never be lost and adulterated by future religious authorities.

I'd like to be either Queen Victoria or George Sand (that was a female author who was a friend to Frederic Chopin.)

Ambrosius Aurelianus.
He is widely considered to be the basis for King Arthur. I would be him on the day he defeated the Saxons at Mt. Badon.
