why do some guys grow their pinky's nail?

i've seen this mostly on arab guys. but i knw it has nothing to do with their culture or anything.

other then for coke and drugs.

I actually just asked a friend recently about this. He said that around the middle east and asia, a long pinkie nail symbolizes that you have a job of stature. In other words, you don't preform menial labor. If you were a laborer, you wouldn't have the nail because it would surely be broken during work.

A long pinkie nail is good for snorting cocaine when you don't have a tiny spoon, you just scoop the coke up with the nail and sniff it from there.

Back in the70's lots of guys let the pinkie nail grow long. These days you don't see it so much.

Not sure, but an old girlfriend told me about a weird guy she once dated.
He asked her to grow the nail out on her pinkie finger.
When she did, he wanted her to insert it in his backside during sex...I suppose it was to stimulate the prostrate.
Who knows...maybe that's why some guys grow their pinkie nail!
