it isn't the comparable factor in any respect. The checklist agencies actuall gets a commission every time their music performs on the radio. So in that experience they're nevertheless creating wealth from the play. even nonetheless if I get carry of a music from the internet for unfastened, then share it, the checklist business agency makes no money. If the checklist agencies make no money then they dont have the money to pay the musicians, then the musicians could be to blame for merchandising their very very own music. The gadget has been working large for some years, then alongside comes somebody to debris each thing up.

I remember making mixtapes ages ago that way. I'd request a song and wait forever for them to play it. Memories. That's something I'd like to see a guy do nowadays. Make a girl a true mixtape, Not a burned cd but a mixtape that he had to spend hours if not days compiling.

That really takes me back. We used to call the radio station and request our favorites so we could dub a scratchy low quality mix tape of our favorite songs. how funny.

Actually, no that is not copyright infringment... as long as it is for your personal listening, then it is considered "fair use". The RIAA fought this one very bitterly, as with every other thing, but the courts ended up deciding it is fair use.
