i have tried a lot even in the air its just so darn humid
does not help my chronic breathing trouble had to crank the oxgen up

don't know where you live, but, right now, it's 93degress F inside my living room. i suggest jumping into some cold water, a pool, a lake, a stream, the ocean. or taking a cold shower. to lower your body temp. put cold packs on your head and neck. and find a breeze, natural or man made. and don't move around too much. relax....

Close the curtains in your home, eat some ice cream, and most of all.........take a cold shower.....that should do the trick.
