prates of the carribean 3 has not happened yet... it's pirates 2 that is currently out.

actually they filmed 2 and 3 at the same time, which is why 2 took so long to come out. But the release date for 3 is what someone said above, summer of 2007.

word is that pirates 2 and 3 were shot back to back and that 3 is out march next year (2007) but we'll have to wait and see on that one.

I dont know, but it was filmed in the Bahamas at the same time as the second one. I was there.
