as a girl--we love random acts of attention. surprise her every once in a while with a card or something at work or hidden at home that says you hope she's feeling okay and that you love her and stuff like that. in the third trimester (if you know the sex), suggest going to pick up baby clothes / a crib, so you two can have some time together before the kid is born, and so you seem interested in the kids soon-to-be-life.
besides that, she's going to be hormonal, and as long as you're there supporting her you need to expect mood swings and stubbornness on her side--it's just how we are!

She might be struggling with body issues and hormones - so don't worry if she's pushing you away right now.
It might even be causing her anxiety if you're constantly asking her how she's doing. Try mixing it up a bit with - "do you know how beautiful you look to me" & "I love that you have our baby inside you".
Sometimes too much attention is a bad thing, so watch for her clues that she needs attention and give it to her then. Hold the door for her, carry heavy packages, cover her up at night when she gets back from the bathroom for the tenth time. There are ways you can show her without bugging her about it.
Congratulations on your baby!!!

That's probably the hormones talking it will only last nine months or more. Seriously she is probably dealing with alot of thoughts and emotions right now but trust me at some point in the pregnancy an offer of a foot rub or back rub will be too good to turn down and alot of expectant fathering is in the physical support you can offer when the aches and pains set in.

Dont be too pushy...if she says everything is fine then everything is fine. I think that you should just talk to her about everyday things and let her choose when she wants to talk about the baby. Also try to go to the doctors with her if shes ok with it. Do anything she needs, dont just talk about the pregnancy but help her with it. Do the dishes or make dinner if you can.....do things to make it easier for her....and of course if its 3 in morning and she wants ice cream well then ice cream it is. Even if she doesnt seem to want your help, just keep trying.......if she doesnt show she cares it will make a difference to her after she has the baby and isnt so uncomfortable to her....good luck and congrats to your new edition

Pregnant women are typically ULTRA emotional. It sounds like you are doing just what you should. Continue to be extra sweet and give lots of hugs and kisses. Don't ask so much how she feels.....just ask her what she needs you to do for her (at that particular moment). It will pass, I promise. Her body is just going through LOTS of changes right now, and they are very hard on her. I know it's hard for you to understand, and probably a little overwhelming. Stop and pick up a nice boquet of flowers.

I'd say to start buying lots of stuff for the baby and just keep asking these questions. I think you've done as much as you can but good luck.
