As long as you do your pre-sneeze ritual above water, it is possible. I've had it happen a couple of times at pools. It also happened once while I was scuba diving, for some odd reason. But yes, it's possible.

I think that while you're under water you could kind of half-sneeze. Before people sneeze they inhale, once you inhaled you would suck in a lot of water that would block the rest of your sneeze, the part where you exhale. So I'm pretty sure you would choke before you could get your sneeze out.

Personally,no I can't sneeze under water. Can you?
I don't even like to go under the water when I'm swimming cuz it might mess up my hair! Hmmm...interesting...
